Mona was so great, she came into my home after I had a flood and not only explained what would be going on, but set up equipment immediately upon inspection to make sure my home was dry as soon as possible. The team in the office (Jordan and Michelle) also called and connected with me every step of the way to ensure everything was going well, and to top it off, they sent me a gift after they were done!

I had a hidden water leak from a pipe underneath the kitchen sink, which resulted in water damage and mold. Mona promptly fit me into her busy schedule and came with a smile and a rose! She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, including letting me view the humidity gauge for myself and explaining where the issue was. I was holding my breath for the cost of the quote, but found her to be very reasonable as well! I am so happy with Mona and SERVPRO, I would never go elsewhere :-)
